How To Add A User
Step 1: Click on the "Users" button on the Control Panel

Step 2: Click on "Add New User" button from the drop down arrow to the left of the container.

Step 3: Fill out the correct information and click on "Add New User". If you click the checkmark beside "Authorize" you provide that user with an Administrator role.
Administrators can add and delete info including pages, Registered Users are basic users that have access to specific content that you specifed after they are logged in.
